We are pleased to offer free shipping for all purchases Australia wide. Delivery time to most major Australian cities is approximately 2-3 business days.
For our international customers, unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping at this stage. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please send us an email with a description and photos of the defect at email@example.com. We’ll get straight to it and organise a return/refund where appropriate. Return/refund requests must be submitted within SEVEN (7) calendar days of receiving the product.
Due to international food safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns or refunds for opened packages, which includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase or for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been completed. We trust you understand.
